Think I figured it out. My stress has been a screw boring slowly into a place of wood. Tightening. Straining. The past two weeks cranked to the point the screw splintered the wood.

Yesterday was cathartic because multiple stressors were resolved.

Today is "it's done. Pass out now" day.

3-4 hours sleep for a few days - up, running.

Got 6.5 hrs and I need a nap.
