a reddit post from the weevil-focused sub, R slash weevil time. user flavion gay-ming posted weevil I've discovered in menorca baleares. they include a photo of the weevil, which has similar color to the illustration based on it except it has its natural boot feet and not cartoony cowboy boots. the user also says "I've discussed with some weevils specialists, no one seems to knows this one. how can i make the official identification of the specie? cute red snoot, isn't it?" not included, another user identified this as a lixomorphus algirus.
