Dreamrunners parry all projectiles but the Arbiter, when you throw it, so it's also an option to stun them. This enemy is basically your evasion and parry practice :)

I'm not a game guide, but here's how I deal with Dreamrunners:
1. Run away, wait till he teleports. Start charging Eryx.
2. Just as he appears from a portal, release Eryx and stun him with a parry. Time it right.
3. Use whatever you want. I switch between Rebellion and demonic weapons.
