Absolutely and I don’t disagree. We need the teachers to understand that we can withstand that. For the greater good.

It’s a union and they obviously can and I’ve seen it happen in our own districts. I think what prevents it is they know just how much those kids are affected and they truly care enough not to put themselves ahead of them. (They’re basically prepared to take a bullet for them so I guess that tracks.)
