…Put another way — lacking the ability to express my honest thoughts & feelings in the moment I thought them, existing in a constant state of shielding, incredible external stressors, over reliance on unhealthy verbal defense mechanisms, & a series of diverse nervous breakdowns.

Though I still have days where anxiety affects my capacity for clear verbal comms without a degree of stammering, I’m now 20 years from my low point where such profound self-editing produced speech that occurred at a crawl, unless rehearsed or outlined prior for presentation…

It’s fair to say the new #nakedgunmovie is much more scatological.

The same people who declared #SoundOfFreedom a great film and a siren for protecting children are doing backflips to defend their president, a documented sexual predator and credibly-accused pedophile who was good friends with a notorious sex trafficker of underage victims.

Sometimes I just want to scream. Then I remember I’m a baritone/bass with a monotonous range, so I just moan loudly and move on.
