She is looking slightly downward, most likely at a squirrel or chipmunk. Next The Larger Minion sits in loaf position facing us. His head is turned and lifted to most likely look at a bird. Behind him The Smaller Minion also sits upright facing the glass. He seems to be looking at the same bird as The Larger Minion.
