Yeah the more I look into it the more ick I have about it... ive been looking around at alternatives its like Skype all over again

Let's do a small refresher on who I am:
-An LGBTQIA+ Advocate
-A believer that anyone can change
-A believer that all humans deserve basic rights (Food, Shelter, Medical)
-A VetMed Student
-An AuDHD individual
-A person with Dissociative Identity Disorder
-Believes there's good in most people

Yeah I didnt expect people to immediately start calling me out of my name and slurs for a simple announcement to my community.

Of course it's when you dont want the algorithm to leave your circle that it does...people are vicsious no matter where you are it seems.

I did, With twitter I was able to rally more people together for charity events whereas when I posted to here even using hashtags and what people told me to I wasnt never able to get anything.

It was super discouraging.

And to all those people who sent very hateful things to me returning to twitter...
I use my twitter to promote Charities for LGBTQIA+ Youth...
I use my twitter to promote Immigrant Funding for Shelter and Food...

I reach a wider audience there and my voice isn't used to promote hate.

Yikes I'm getting rid of that post cause like... I got some extremely nasty comments.

That sucks cause that's the first time I've experienced that here. :/

I cant say I'm happier on X but its where I can use my voice and my privilage as a white person in America to make a difference and speak out and raise money for those who cant use their voices or get looked over.

You're a good person keep fighting the good fight.

No you're sick of the world being how it is and thats a completely valid reason to try and protect the communities you're fond of.

You're not in the wrong for fighting for what you believe in.

Keep pushing for what's right.

We live in a time where people aren't mad enough.

But I do encourage posts like this. Push for great things.

If you need charity reccomendations lmk I do them almost every year to help support the communities i was raised in. ❤️

So funnily enough without a subscription to X (which I dont have) the ad revenue program (which I dont have turned on) musk makes negative for every small account and still hasn't made what he paid for X back.

I however have made a ton towards LGBTQ Charities using X to push a positive narrative.

Normally I'd get mad and be like... grr we hate this...

But ive been impersonated TWICE in the last 30 days...

So this is fine... I already face unlock my phone and have my ID set for sites it'd just be one more.

Fuck impersonating ass accounts.
