I want to be optimistic about this news but the realist in me is just to loud. BlueSky for all its positives has not kept up with growth of other social platforms sadly. What’s the future here? I’m not quite sure.

That’s been the biggest disappointment this year for me is the lack of companies in aviation defense and space joining BlueSky. They’ve chosen to stay with the legacy social media companies for the most part sadly.

Hopefully more airports follow their example!

Happy to see that my home airport joined BlueSky in March of this year.
