GP appointment on Monday to discuss my new diagnoses, replacement HRT choices, and requesting help via GP for someone to come cook/clean for me as I can't. Couldn't before this latest health disaster. Definitely need it now when the kid's back at uni mid-Aug.

Right now my fatigue level is flat bottom. Standing, walking to the bathroom, anything is exhausting and makes me breathe hard. Thank God I already have my electric wheelchair!
