Drug use is not characteristic of certain populations. People from all races, ethnicities, genders, and occupations use drugs. However, punitive drug laws have a disproportionate negative impact on marginalised people and communities.

The research aims to co-create alcohol-related information and resources to help women who are trying to get pregnant, pregnant, and/or mums of young children find clear, honest, and consistent information and advice around alcohol, and tools to help them make their own decisions around drinking. The resources will be designed to reduce shame and stigma associated with women's alcohol use. People who take part will be compensated for their time, with up to Β£75 shopping vouchers, and travel and childcare costs will be reimbursed. There are not requirements around how much or how little people drink - we are interested in hearing a diverse range of voices.
