The DOT's proposal to prioritize funding to high-marriage and high-birth rate areas, then, would result in a redistribution of funds to the most well-off communities and further reinforce the United States' car dependence.

Except there's no evidence he said this. Literally do 30 seconds of resarch before reposting shit please.
