I drink SO much water 😭 I drink at least a liter a day! I can tell when i haven’t had enough bc I will get a specific level of headache

I’m so tired there must be something wrong w me. was talking to my mom ab it the other day and she asked me when I last felt well rested and I genuinely cannot remember
