i want to be able to curl up into a ball and cry over lost loved ones, past relationships, moments of overwhelming happiness but i just can’t. sometimes im able to cry but never over something i want to and never for very long.

I think it’s my medication to blame, but i fear that i’ve been on it for so long that this is an issue that i can’t fix. plus, without my medication my grades immediately start slipping, i can’t pay attention and i can’t learn at all.

to get to the point, i feel like i am emotionally restricted. there have been many times where i want to cry, but cannot. I feel like my body will not let me express some of my emotions in a way that can make me feel better at all.

i’m very grateful for being able to find something that worked so well, as i have met others who have been on the same medication and have struggled with it
i’ve taken this medication for many years now, and i don’t think i could function academically without it

luckily we were able to find a medication that worked really well with me, i don’t get any anxiety from it, im just not as hungry throughout my day as i normally would be

since i was young i struggled with paying attention or remaining still in class, and at some point in around the middle of elementary school i was diagnosed with ADHD

i’m not usually one to talk about more serious topics that have been on my mind, but i feel like i need some way to express my thoughts and maybe get feedback from anyone willing to listen:
