Why can't we send a letter to every rural hospital, every nursing home and every assisted living center and tell them President Trump has announced a 15% cut in Medicaid so their reimbursements will be cut by that amount shortly?

If there's no Dept. of Education, there are no Pell Grants. The National Weather Service isn't going to step in and take of it. Why can't we send a letter to the financial aid office at every college and tell them President Trump has announced the end of all Pell Grants?

Why can't we send a letter to every veterans organization telling them that President Trump supports closing up the Veterans Crisis Hotline and laying off more veteran civil service workers?
