On the humanitarian front, only 13,511 aid trucks entered Gaza out of 36,000 planned, a 38% commitment. Just 315 fuel trucks arrived out of 3,000, or 10%, leaving hospitals, bakeries, and water stations near collapse. The office said these violations amount to deliberate circumvention of the ceasefire and an attempt to impose starvation and coercion. It called on the UN, the international community, and the agreement’s sponsors to force full compliance, ensure aid flow, and protect civilians without conditions.
