Spring (in the Northern Hemisphere) is, IMHO, the best of all seasons, especially after the winter we’ve endured in Minnesota.

One thing I always do is go through the editors and make sure I'm following every editor who has even partial overlap for my interests, because there's no downside to following industry professionals in my genre who like to be helpful, and that's all I get from #RevPit, I've still gotten something.

We'd like to recognize those authors who were selected as finalists of our annual contests in the past and have gone on to achieve success in the writing community!

This contest gave me a little encouragement for my first book (feedback from 10 queries) and led me to my wonderful writing community.
I'm so excited to join in the fun again!

Revpit's BIPOC Editor Mentorship: Mentees will receive an unobstructed view of the selection process for RevPit's Annual Contest, as they will be asked to review submissions and receive query letter training during our popular #10Queries mini-event. They will also edit the first 50 pages of their mentor-editor's selected contest winner and will receive feedback on those edits from their mentor.

A mentorship for BIPOC editors to learn developmental fiction editing and query editing from an approved #RevPit editor! Our goal with this program is to provide support, resources, and experience to BIPOC editors in the editing space.
