I thought the worst thing was another orange menace presidency. I did not see that there would be a muskrat presidency and it would be even worse

No one forces a trans person in to surgery. No trans child gets surgery when very young. Some trans people choose not to do anything medical or hormonal at all. Trans does not equate to surgery all the time. It is who you are, and how they choose to show that is entirely up to the singular person.
