Goblin women and whelps will not fight.
Loot: lots of random domestic ware. Iron cauldron, heavy 1d20 GP, animal skins 1d4 3gp each
It would be inherently evil to kill unarmed women and children.
10 Goblin cavern
Straw cots, sacks and animal furs as living quarters. Clay pots, weaved baskets. Net trap to North. 2 goblin slingers on east wall. 2d6 goblin females and whelps in central area around fireplace. 5 goblin males protecting them all.

A crude torch burns on the east wall. Footprints lead east, south and west. Some rocks are scratched and chipped as if attacked (practice targets)

4. Large objects left dragging marks to the west. Sseveral footprints of humanoids lead North. 3 Goblins are here as guards with a small fire in the middle of the cavern. If players are sneaking then the guards are playing "knuckles" on a crate and can be surprised.

Day 19 #Dungeon25
Goblin Cave 2
Footsteps echo. Light will give off location. Sounds heard North. No sounds to the West. Tracks to North, footprints and large objects dragged.
Area 1
1. The cave walls have been roughly hollowed out by natural and unnatural means. The roof is approximately 6.5 feet high and made of a sandstone material. Water occassionally drips and echos can be heard. The light from the entrance illuminates only a short way.

Goblin Caves
If done then 50GP and a letter of commendation which will allow the party uniterrupted travel undere the Marshal's orders.
Horigan is a middle aged rough veteran. Gruff but fair. Having seen more fights than what he would like. Fears he won't see 2 more winters with all the trouble lately.
Healing poultice 1d6, whetstone, 15gp 15sp silver ring of the watch (10gp)
Horigan will thank the party for defending the village. He will give them a small bounty of 10gp. And an offer to find the Goblin cave and clear out the threat to the village.

The Party must spend a day at the village.

The Party returns victors with the children safe. The mother's are so grateful.
The renown of the party increases by 1.
A small feast is prepared in the Inn.The Mayor proclaims word is sent to The Reach and an official will arrive tomorrow.
