sure running a ryzen 9800x3d with a 12 year old gtx 970 would be daft BUT its something that can be easily swapped out later when the dollarydoos allow it

okay since the ram debacle i have been researching and pricing for a new PC and ive come up with something for au$2500 if i keep using my current video card

time to refresh my robot sales and see if i can turn plastic into silicon

the robot i was most excited for is unpictured because he's going in the sale tub - the round culture y-20. it looked like an interesting toy, but it gets in the way of itself, falls apart, and is not fun to handle

i bought the articulated armature upgrade kit for big convoy and with a bit of work, its okay. the screws will undo themselves and fall apart and need to be attached with e6000. the neck broke immediately, but i printed a new ball joint and drilled out some material to attach it sturdily

aotp sureshot completes the trio as the best of the three! i wanted to gap fill the backs of his legs where they're visible on the sides of his vehicle mode but with how the wheels fold around that area in robot mode, its not possible and i dont want to go to the effort to replace those parts too

a rare g1 purchase with the decepticon micromaster military patrol! at this rate i'll finish my g1 collection in a century or two

aotp razorclaw is a surprise to me in that suddenly i had FOMO over him despite skipping tigerhawk and having sold both original versions years ago, but he nails that fun beast wars vibe, the colours are amazing and the transformation is great
