As far as I can tell, the strategy of the centrist Dems in this moment is to muster weak opposition and let Trump make things materially worse for millions of people in the hopes that those policies will be so unpopular Ds can regain the government without fixing their politics at all.

I remember people adoring him as their favorite billionaire.

Now I get what all the hoopla is about. This is a glorious island. The air is rich, the jungle is lush, and the beaches are timeless.
