Yeah, it's definitely hard to give advice cause everyone is different. My surgeon gave me a light arm raising exercise thing to do to regain and maintain mobility/range, and then I never lost any mobility at all😭 and all the stuff I bought that different people recommended, I only used half of 🥲...

Yeah🥀 i remember the fatigue hitting like a truck after I'd do super basic things. I also had a bad habit of trying to lift stuff before I should've 😭💔 pls don't do that 🥲☝️ walking around in small bursts will help you build your stamina back up but outings will wipe you out for a bit (ime at least)
