*NURSERY* Today we harvested some home grown potatoes from the school garden with the help of Mrs Heggie. We were interested to discover lots of shapes and sizes. We discussed, compared and are looking forward to cooking with them next week! 🥔 #MarvellousMealsinWhitecross

On Friday a group of children went to the woods. They had great fun climbing up and down the hill, playing in the shelter, playing on the rope swing, singing songs around the campfire and throwing stones into the water. #woods

Some children have noticed that our pumpkins were getting bigger “it’s orange” says A . “Pumpkin” -C. We had a look on the iPad and found out that one of them was ready to pick. “Look Debbie,got it” K. We then explored the pumpkin using sight ,touch and smell. “Cold” E. “Round” -H. “Halloween”-A
