Fir anything, especially solid objectd in weird perspectived sometimes breaking them down into shaped helps. If you didn't know..

I normally break horns down into 3 'Checkpoints'

Just to chime in- The specific brand of Concerta you take can also matter sometimes.

If you feel you could be getting better results you can try swapping brands

Pill shape is generally more effective than disc tho since the release mechanism is more even afaik, but some feel different
