It's #FloodlightFriday and this week's effort comes for Foley Meir of the North West Counties First Division South.

Foley are back in the Meir area of Stoke-on-Trent and, this is their second spell at this level having previously played there in the 2022/23 season.

It's the autobiography of Fleetwood Town legend Nathan Pond and his career of going from the NWCFL to League 1 with the Lancashire club.

Just the one team from the Staffordshire County League has applied for promotion and, that is Rocester.

The Romans have been in the non-league system for years, only recently slipped out of it after being shifted from the Midlands League to the NWCFL South.
