The brown ones really are very pretty.

Squirrel facts: It's an American gray squirrel. Its pretty brown fur means that one of its parents was the normal gray, and the other had the panther black variation.

When we moved into this house, black squirrels only lived across town. We watched them reach this neighborhood maybe 10 years ago.

This autumn there's a walnut brown squirrel whose stomping ground includes our yard. I don't know whether it's a beef or a hobby, but every day it's up on top of the telephone pole at the end of our front walk, yelling "meah! meah!" at the birds across the street.

For 15 years I've rarely gotten to play AW, only MC it. One of the few times, I played a Faceless, and of course it rocked.

For unmasked I chose afraid and ashamed, and when I lost my mask, I felt it all the way in my belly.

We've had these two little posters hanging on our wall for basically ever. They helped our kids get through middle school and high school and I personally still take a second to read them often.
