After Steichen leaves, Eagles promote from within: QBs coach Brian Johnson.
Johnson has a cool history with Hurts. He was coached by Hurts' father in high school.
The Eagles have a tumultuous season (although more on defense), but they do make a change at OC.

Steichen leans into the run in 2021.
In 2022, Hurts takes off under Steichen. He finishes 2nd in MVP voting in the RPO-heavy offense. Jalen and the Eagles fall just short in the Super Bowl.
