damn has always been my favourite album of his but i see it being overtaken in approximately an hour’s time

so, ive always understood to pimp a butterfly is an incredible album but its never really clicked with me. turns out what i needed was to develop an appreciation for jazz, which i have this year, because i’m listening to it right now and its like i’m having an epiphany

like he really made his last album one of his best

just got reminded how insane of an album blackstar is. would i be bullied for saying it might be one of my fave bowie albums?
