I packed my stuff, thanked my opponent for a good game, and left. I found the 1st judge and reported the incident and let them handle it. I am a big guy. I did not feel threatened, but because there are other people out there who mightbe, i wanted the incident delt with so no one would feel unsafe.

I'm playing at an SCG 10k Modern in Philly. I am playing Burn. Round 5 I beat Amulet Titan. My opponent proceeds to get very agitated and starts aggressively slamming his deck on the table while muttering that his deck is supposed to beat burn.

My gut reaction is that outside of Modern Horizons. This ban announcement is the biggest shake-up in years for the modern format.
