FB created a page on TikTok on the day it shut down, the CEO of TT’s title removed same day (or just after it was taken down), and insta has dropped the square format. I’m starting to think it only went down to switch servers/add algorithms, etc.

Not in Utah and seeing the same ambivalence from most of my friends and family.

What if we just didn’t go back to TikTok? The ghosting, the lack of care—it’s giving toxic. Trump “saving us”? Yikes. What if we stay here, chill on YouTube, and look for a platform that treats us right? Feels like time for a healthier digital relationship.

Reuters just announced that they worked out a deal with Dumpty and the lights are coming back on. Still not going back.

No interest in going back at this point. Plus Insta has changed format away from the square and now TT videos will look better. I’m just gonna stick w/ YT for now. This is one wacky timeline.

I’m pretty insulated there (I’m really on it to see my grandkids at this point) and FB is hard because of the memories I will lose. But both are horrid and I can’t justify it any longer.

I had a major sock phase a while back and need to get back to it. Malabrigo is one of my favorites. Especially after an acrylic make!

It sucks for me because a lot of memories will be lost. I am downloading my pictures but the memories that connect me to my deceased mom will be gone.

I still will delete but it hurts.

Just finished my first mosaic crochet 🧶 afghan! The pattern is called SOS Cowboy’s N’ Aliens. We’re in the Southwest and hubbie is a fan of the alien stuff around here. Just missed my Christmas deadline but he’s very happy with it!

Thinking of switching my hair color to navy with orange highlights…little brighter than the photo and no money piece…just chunky highlights.

Too Detroit Tiger-ish? 😂
