My recommendation for gluing 28mm hard plastic figures together is: Tamiya Liquid Cement. Do not use the extra thin/quick setting extra thin stuff. This is what you want:

Organaized a 20 man 1 dayer at my local club called Valours Finest! 10 from the club, and 10 from all over the country. Fought this man round 2 as the reserve player and he took it home!
