The Liberal Party's decision to abandon Net Zero threatens all Australians’ health, with serious consequences for our families and communities.
The health impacts of climate change are an escalating threat that our leaders must be prepared to face and address.

As our executive director Dr Kate Wylie says in this article;
“Just like every cigarette is doing us damage, every tonne of greenhouse gas emissions that we add to the atmosphere damages us too."
Groundbreaking research released today measures the health impacts that Woodside's Scarborough Gas Project will cause. It shows the harm to our health and the health of our environment.
We cannot pretend that greenhouse gas emissions from any one fossil fuel project don't count.
