Huh, that makes sense! I feel like it could be solved with tech, one pedal could have a small zone under the acceleration spot of the pedal to automatically coast. But very interesting

03.03.2026 23:23 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Out of curiosity, when is it less efficient? I love it on my ioniq and itβs hard to imagine having any more control over the amount of energy I need at any given moment
03.03.2026 23:09 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Now I gotta ask, where do you get ipa in bulk? Itβs unbelievable that most stores donβt carry it, how does Home Depot sell every cleaning chemical known to man but not ipa
03.03.2026 14:49 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Iβve no experience reading jit logic and I thought it was very well organized, splitting the high level and the ppc crate.
02.03.2026 06:16 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0super cool! loved reading through some of the code, it's very clean. excited to see updates :)

My pre launch page for the Build A Boy is live on @crowdsupply.bsky.social crowdsupply.com/natalie-the-nerd/build-a-boy
The only kit that will turn your Lego kit into a real working Game Boy - no emulation
Do it! Itβs great and not terribly long either, if youβve beat wonder you could probably play world in under 10 hrs
25.02.2026 15:36 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0definitely read this as wanting super mario world 2, me too.
23.02.2026 17:42 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0The turbo everdrive is so cool, what a beautiful design
13.02.2026 15:08 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Iβve done a little research in the past, and it seems like itβs their electrical company rebuilding infrastructure and passing the bill. Presumably at some point they lower the cost once infra is done being rebuilt? lol
03.02.2026 20:21 β π 6 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Netflix is very efficient, for them itβs mostly the bandwidth. The cost of them encoding and streaming video is incredibly low per stream. The difference with AI is that it is many times less efficient, combined with a very speedy rollout thatβs requiring burning large amounts of fossil fuels
03.02.2026 10:50 β π 5 π 0 π¬ 1 π 1Energy companies know that renewables are cheaper and are investing heavily in them, alongside the investors who get one time passive income. We just need to cut the red tape around approving expansions to the grid, or build a process that makes that better/safer.
31.01.2026 05:37 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0100% this video. Buying a house this month and everyone who knows me asks βare you going solar?β I donβt want to, the economies of scale here make it much cheaper for the energy company to do so, but increasingly weβre in a position where individuals are the only ones who can make a change

TIL about Bun's BUN_CONFIG_VERBOSE_FETCH variable. Logs all fetch calls to the console as a curl command for debugging! Saved me a lot of time building an integration today
26.01.2026 00:03 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0or YouTube videos with p2 in the url, for some reason thereβs a lot :(
25.01.2026 00:58 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0As a modern crt enthusiast, maybe? CRTs tend to be very bright unless theyβre worn out, a lot of games had to use dimmer variants of textures to account for the brightness. Blurrier is definitely true especially for composite video, but some tvs handle it very well and there were other video signals
18.01.2026 15:35 β π 6 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0The waterfalls actually donβt rely on the crt phosphors for this effect! Itβs the fringe pixels from composite video that cause it, playing sonic through Genesis rgb on a crt has no waterfall effect
18.01.2026 15:33 β π 14 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0For mods like these they come with install guides, althoughβ¦ for this one I kinda yoloβd it to keep the model 1 port π id say unless youβre designing these mods you donβt need formal education, just a good soldering iron
12.01.2026 18:12 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Picture of the mod with some decent enough routing
Lil rgb bypass mod for the genesis, particularly proud of the routing
12.01.2026 02:20 β π 83 π 3 π¬ 2 π 0True, I guess I was thinking more of the n64 error with its 20fps games or xbox/playstation 30fps games. For nes/snes/genesis this monitor could be awesome
10.01.2026 17:18 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0If they can get it working at lower refresh rates it would be super cool though, fingers crossed
10.01.2026 16:40 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0I donβt think itβd be very good for retro gaming tbh, the blur reduction comes from the flashing between pixel changes. Since it canβt do this below 75hz anything retro that canβt be emulated at high refresh rates is off the table
10.01.2026 16:39 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0I love the visuals of path tracing but intel is selling budget (ugh) gpus and focusing on a super solid experience is definitely worth perusing rather than the raw compute that path tracing requires
08.01.2026 17:59 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Iβve been running it on my thinkpad t14 and itβs flawless, enjoy!
07.01.2026 15:07 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Looks sweet, how have you been finding the 250?
03.01.2026 00:55 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0This is really cool but is there a reason to jump on this vs wait for fsr 4? To me it looks like a big enough upgrade thatβll likely be thrown into the next gen without additional cost
