today on dnd - Hana got knocked out along with our favorite npc, Clara, and so hot DILF sorcerer Duma picked up Hana to carry her to a cleric and then my friend’s character Val had to carry Clara.

a few sessions back we did get a flashback reveal that hana used to be LEVEL FIFTEEN before she lost her memories (and power, she’s a bby lv 1 sorcerer now) so i did have to try and draw out her old look

Abolish the legal gender marker entirely. No government can be trusted to have a database of which people have changed theirs, no government has any business tracking what your gender is "supposed" to be in the first place.

Because many (most) trans people in Kansas aren't going to move, please also look for ways to support those staying and fighting the current regime there.

Sadly when a draconian anti-trans measure hits in a "red state," wider support pushes tend to forget those who aren't leaving.

FYI for fellow narrative designers/game writers: the studio in question is Sentona Games and it’s my understanding they are currently interviewing to replace me. Be very careful with them. They were very nice to me and easy to work with right up until I needed the money I was promised.

I wrote up a script for people unsure what to say or who have anxiety about calling. fellow cis people, you have no excuse to not put your lives on the line for trans people. we are past the point of simply hoping things improve.

As far as resources I've had direct experience with, I've found my last three roommates on the Boston Queer Housing Facebook group. I don't love using FB, but it's been a solid resource finding people to room with. I met one of my best friends through there when I moved to Boston from Texas!

Massachusetts is an expensive place to live, but does offer more support for the LGBTQ community than a lot of states. I wasn't able to find any MA specific relocation groups, but once you get here, there are several organizations aimed at supporting the trans community in MA.
