In a continuation of last nights fuckery.....

Turns out the piece thats broken is completely out of stock in the UK, is only made in the Ukraine and russia and has been on back order since June......

Finally made it home, had to get a taxi for everyone as even though they knew there were 4 people they sent out a small 2 person flatbed...... So that's 8 and a half hrs from first breakdown to getting home.

It's now 01:55, I have been left stranded by the AA for 8 hours, and still no closer to home

It's now been pushed back to half 1 with them asking "can I wait till morning?" no I fucking can't, I have 2 children in the car!

This is just fucking ridiculous

The AA are a fucking joke. 6 hours delay in recovering an undriveable car.
Job marked as completed even though there was no one on site. All with a 3 year old and an autistic 9 year old both having meltdowns. Were now apparently priority with an eta of 00:30....... It's 22:00

Yep, is my sons first model, i'm just applying the varnish layer to seal the decals and make it a bit more knock-resistant before we hang it up in his room :)

seriously this has happened more times than i care to admit, and the amount of stress it causes each time is monumental, especially as a senior i tend to be in the middle of them as both a coordinator and a fixer😅

I am hot, sweaty and sore after this weekend but that's another good 10-15m sq of the garden that's been reclaimed from brambles, bushes and bindweed! Filled up at least 3 green wheelie bins worth and a garden sack just today.

That and completely reorganised the shed so it can be used as a shed.
