For aerial sling and silks, we recommend wearing close-fitting clothing that covers your legs and torso. Please leave all jewelry and clothing with zippers at home. Long nails make it difficult to grip the fabric, so they’re not ideal for aerial arts.

About a month ago I spontaneously decided to take an #AerialSling class and have already become addicted. I’ve been alternating between #Sling and #Lyra and can’t wait until my body can handle more than one #Aerials class a week.
