Heart of Palm Calamari Heart of palm is the perfect vegan substitute for calamari. The tender, flaky texture is perfect. Serve with lemon for an easy vegetarian seafood treat!

It’s from a local vegan cafe so not sure how they made it but Cat made calamari using heart of palm once.

No idea in this case but Cat’s made calamari out of Heart of Palm, which was also good.

I’ve never had calamari so no idea if it’s authentic but it was tasty.
