Microsoft makes far too much money releasing their games on other platforms to ever go back to exclusive game releases. We'll get timed exclusives like Forza 6 and that's about as far as it goes.

I've been monitoring the PlayStation 3 store and games have been disappearing for months. Folklore and Tokyo jungle to name a couple that have been delisted. There's not even that many games left now. I don't believe it will survive much longer.

Awe yes the Sony Vaio was my second computer that I owned. I'm not sure what I did with it though.

I think Microsoft is done with hardware. The next Xbox hardware we'll see will be made by Asus just like the Ally.

Will changing the difficulty mid game affect any trophies?

Probably an unpopular opinion here but I thought the Animus storyline wasn't fun or interesting at all. All it did was take you out of the atmosphere and throw you into something that was irrelevant and boring.

How stupid. There's nothing fun about monetization. Ubisoft is so out of touch. The developers don't even like monetization. The only people that like it are the overpaid executives that don't even play the games.

I understand where you are coming from. It's tough but necessary. I usually force myself to take a week off right after Christmas every year.

I agree with this assessment. Microsoft thought buying up all these great studios was going to increase game pass subscriptions and sell hardware but it's not working out that way.

Apparently under my Firefox accessibility settings there was a box checked for automatic font sizing to match my android settings that was causing the issue. Sorry for the confusion.

The text is cutoff on the left side on mobile making it unreadable in case you didn't know. Seems like that left bar with the search function is interfering with it in some way.

I was planning on giving these classics a spin but maybe I'll just fire up Activision Anthology on PS2 instead.

Microsoft is always behind the competition. They should have started working on one the minute steam deck was announced.

Most gamer's are probably not willing to pay $70 for an average game with a familiar formula.

Next Generation and PC Gamer dominated my subscriptions. I've been on and off with PC Gamer, Edge and Retro Gamer for the last few years.

Yes $80 game prices are here to stay for AAA games for sure.

You're right but that ridiculously high tariff rate on China is not sustainable. It will come down but whether or not these increased prices come down is unknown at this time. $80 games are here to stay sadly.

I'm well aware of all the closures and layoffs. I agree that Sony will raise prices too. It's all a cause and affect due to the tariffs. It's a perfect time for all of these companies to raise prices and blame it on tariffs to minimize consumer sentiment.

Maybe some existing Xbox owners will subscribe to game pass to avoid the higher game prices but there will be a lot of gamers that just subscribe to play the new release and then just cancel. The higher prices on consoles will lead to less hardware sales which will lead to less subs overall.

Microsoft is in for a rude awakening when nobody buys their overpriced consoles and games. Game pass subscriptions will fall off and they will see no growth due to these poor decisions. There will be studio closures and layoffs real soon.

Goods are being left at the ports everywhere. Businesses are canceling orders. It's only a matter of time before layoffs, bankruptcies and inflation wreck our economy completely. In November I told some friends we were heading towards dark times in America and I was ridiculed for it. Lol
