Insight St. Paul is a nonpartisan fiscal watchdog group made of city advocates. We work with policy makers to help them address the financial storms we currently are facing and ensure a strong and secure financial future for the city we all love.
We recently released a report that looked at the city's plans for parks spending. We make the case that while its not nearly as much fun, deferred maintenance needs to be considered along side a number of major expansion proposals.
