We've gotten everything but one, a snow shovel that FedEx keeps claiming can't be delivered because 'business is not open'. A, we're not a business, and B, our sec cam shows no FedEx truck ever came by. 🙄 Frustrating how they flat out lie.

Love how much better the Blues are under Monty. Still have a ways to go (esp with the "two good periods, one flat" issue that still crops up), but I have much higher hopes for this team these days. Also love the Cam Fowler pick up. #stlblues (do hashtags work the same way here as on the ex-bird?)

Oof, yeah...sounds like my FiL. Lost his temper regularly, used thinly veiled insults, and other passive aggressive stuff to exert control and keep everyone under his thumb. I feel for you. ❤️❤️❤️

Hubby felt the same way, just did the absolute minimum to assist. Hubby's sister refused to do anything and I can't stand in judgment, knowing how bad he was to his family. (He was the sort that had a loveable public persona so no one knew he was abusive.)

So sorry you're going through it!! I hear you about the guilt. My FiL was an abusive jerk before dementia and I didn't visit him at all once he was in a facility. I did try to help his wife, but that was as far as I could go with him.
