Yes, but the issue is these are well-known defects on United and they cover them up rather than fix them. The pilot understably was not forthcoming about just how many systems failed, but it didn't look good and we circled a long time before he could land (& the plane was inert on landing).

The hydraulic system (landing gear, flaps, nose, steering, brakes) on my United flight failed last week. United called it a flight delay. Because we need less government regulation.
