EDI isnβt (and shouldnβt be) a box-ticking excerciseβit shapes the questions we ask, the methods we use, and the impact our work has.
Engaging with future researchers on these topics is always inspiring, and I look forward to more conversations on embedding inclusivity into research and practice.
