PFAS pans don't last. The non-stick coating flakes—and we eat those plastic bits. The coating loses its non-stick properties after a few years at best. The pans are disposable.

Yes! They will be okay for a short time. When my kids were little, I made lots of waffles and froze some. We ate them pretty quickly so they were in there for maybe three weeks max, if that. They were always fine.
