I don’t know that many do, but the few that do are increasingly exposed in our time, which is good. It’ll take time for this to sink in with sexual addicts, but people’s predatory proclivities will always be at the periphery of society. We need to stay vigilant and try to be kind. It’s a disease.

It’s getting dark; there’s a spooky corona of mist around the streetlights. As I dress to celebrate a new year, I think about how foggy our prospects for 2025 actually are. I hope that when I look back at this next year I think to myself “See, humans are basically good—they proved your wrong again.”
