Sleep is elusive, if at all
Frozen shoulder (x2)
Random pains and itchiness
Cholesterol & inflammation markers raging...

Curious what others, not in the room, believe are the barriers

In #ASTRO25 session, hearing the phrase, "we need to navigate people" in a session. Finding this phrasing paternalistic. Many individuals want the tools (info & access) to navigate their own experience. Dont tell us what to do, give us our options and risk/benefit profile.

Particularly interesting point in light of the profound SE/challenges many individuals face with endocrine therapy. Discussant cautions, "more long term follow-up needed"

First up on Day 1
Randomized control trial (RCT) for prophylactic rads for ASYMPTOMATIC bone mets showed some interesting results. Will now be moving to Phase 3 study and power for OS benefit analysis

Looking forward to learning "all the things" at my first @astro-org.bsky.social annual meeting. Started off on the right note when the woman at registration said, "Thank you for your advocacy. Go patient advocates!" and literally punched the air! 🥹 #ASTRO25

For those individuals who somehow remain confused or offended by the term "white privilege" - THIS ⬇️

If someone "looks Latino" the government can detain them.
White people don't have to worry about that and THAT lack of concern is a "privilege" in this country today.
