Hey, just wanted to come and say thank you for this advice! I had mine this morning and I wore a long dress and slides to my appointment, and it made the whole process so much easier. The nurse even commented to say how prepared I was! I was in and out in five mins ❤️

I've had to ask for someone to repeat announcements on trains too many times for me to doubt why I deserve the discount.

Train travel is also incredibly stressful for deaf people. Last minute platform changes announced on a loudspeaker? Not knowing what is happening as everyone starts running? Genuinely awful.
