From a rock and fossil auction site, anthracite peacock coal. It's dark black, but with a rainbow sheen on shiny exposed surfaces. Photographed on a white paper towel.

Such a pretty rock! But the US burns about 500 million tons of this stuff each year.

You're looking at anthracite coal. The surface layers sometimes produce something we call "peacock coal."

Well... I admit that the driving force behind my wanting to play Underworlds is because I like the models A LOT :) I picked up a copy of Skittershank's Clawpack, and now need at least one other team, so gonna pick up the 4-team Undead box. But I'll check out Warcry as well!
