It’s very difficult when Dems don’t stick together My message: we can’t say we’re a big tent as we said election night & then freak out when we disagree. I’m not happy about it, but big blue wave coming because united GOP refused to care for the people who need them the most, and everybody knows it.

This bill doesn’t address the core issue that millions of Americans will no longer be able to afford ACA insurance coverage next year. I’m willing to work with anyone to create a path forward but this isn’t it.

I agree Trump does not care a whit about people going hungry. Or people getting blown up on open seas. Or harming the planet. Or disappearing people. Or caring about those who are jobless due to him. The point is he may be setting stage to release food stamps and he needs to know we see through it.

Someone must’ve shown Trump the worst polls for any modern president in history so now he says “I would be honored” to make food stamps available. Newsflash: no one will honor you for doing what the law requires & your stupidly in saying those who are going hungry are “Democrats“ .

Guess who has the second highest percentage of people on SNAP? Louisiana. So speaker Johnson not only are your people going to get hit with impossible health insurance premium increases, but they also desperately need nutrition. Time to stop the paid Vacation for Congress while “Rome burns”.

5.Then you close the circle by trying to get credit for what staff did.
6. It would have been way better if you left it alone in the first place.

So billions for Argentina; plenty $ at Justice Dept for Trump to ask for hundreds of millions for himself; funds running over for a luxury foreign trip; plenty to pay House members who are on a longer vacation than anyone;but nothing for hungry kids & health insurance for millions.
