A crime

[They concentrate, absorbing even more water from around them - they try not to take too much from the air itself, gathering instead from nearby puddles and fountains and other such places]

[Their body increases in size until they're roughly ten feet tall]

I dunno it's hard to believe something is too crazy to be real when you're like me.

"Oh. American."

They sound very disappointed.

They land on top of the structure and start searching for an entrance, their knuckles hardening to ice briefly so they can knock on the metal from time to time.

"Hello? Anyone need rescue?"

They idly observe the strange crash, wondering where it came from.

The rains keep up, though Sun Shower tries to focus them on the wreckage itself. It wouldn't do to obscure the vision of people trying to run away, or paramedics...

They help people one by one as they crawl out of danger - one touch from their hand reabsorbs all the water from their soaking wet >>

"So long as they're made of normal fire! Try not to get burnt okay? I'm preventative not curative!"

They move as directly overhead as they can, dragging water in the air closer to their body until they've gathered a thick, heavy raincloud that begins to release torrents of water.

"Great! Let's hope whatever is there feels the same way about violence. I mean I don't judge the use of it for good, I'm just...soft I guess."

They float a bit higher, trying to get a better view.

"Looks little something is on fire which at least I can definitely help with!"

And it's very pretty!

"Oh, sure! I'm not really one for hurting people so if any punching is needed your assistance will be invaluable."

They're hard at work trying to extinguish the entire crashed spaceship, muttering to themselves as they try to figure out what sort of craft it is. American? Russian? Extraterrestrial?

Whatever it is, it's not being very cooperative about not being on fire.

[immediately they fly towards it, and the place it's going to impact]

I should probably go make sure no one is hurt.

"... Okay!"

They don't seem to need much convincing. They're sideeyeing a nearby bookshelf with so much excitement their form is rippling.

"I'll be ready!"

*"I'll* be fine. I don't want to cause water damage to your carpets though. There's a reason I don't go into buildings much."

"Oh, that's nice of you."

They look around.

"I don't want to accidentally damage any of your stuff, though."

"Sounds like fun! Are we going now? My schedule is pretty clear."
