My first day back and my big task this week is completing my 2025 annual report for accountability and merit. Somehow there are a few publications and chapters in there amongst the chaos and recitation of burdens and woes.

Ok. Radiation treatments are done. I rang the bell. 30 sessions over 6 weeks. As advertised: no superpowers (yet) or glowing. But minimal side effects. Feeling sharp. Very excited about going back to work tomorrow (remotely). And on my 1st day back--department meeting. Should be fun.
