Making things with my hands, even if it's just deciding which stickers to use on the page and where to place them, and then writing by hand and watching the pages fill up, fills me with such childlike giddiness. I am so happy right now :)

I've been writing more (though still not stories, unfortunately...) and watching stuff again and reading and journaling and actually using up my stash of washi tape and stickers.

I've been spending more time away from social media and it has honestly freed up a lot of time and energy. I get the news when I get the news and I get sucked less into the doomscrolling quicksand.

I need to change careers if I want to make more money but the idea of going back to school gives me mad anxiety

Is it so idealistic to want to be loved for who you are? To feel safe enough that no matter what happens, how you look, how you're struggling, you know won't be abandoned?

Or more accurately, when you're learning another language and you have so much to say but you can only express it on a basic level and it's frustrating as hell
